Kualifikasi :

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Solid 3-5-year experiences with responsibility exposure in handling the end to end the performance management cycle from the fast-pace-nature industry is preferred.
  • Expertise in an effectiveness organization structure, critical positions, workload analysis, competencies dictionary, job analysis, job description, OKRs, KPIs and performance appraisal, career development path, and company culture.
  • Experienced in proposing changes and championing performance management implementation.
  • Excellent knowledge and comprehensive understanding of performance management skill as well as integrated human resources management.
  • Strong analytical thinking, leadership, communication and facilitation skill.

Tanggung Jawab :
  • Responsible for the design of performance management programs strategies, processes, and tools. 
  • Handle the end to end performance management cycle
  • Manage the timeline, development, and delivery of performance management communication, including timelines and program implementation dates
  • Develop a competency model
  • Ensure the availability and readiness of performance management tools, ensure the socialization process in DOKU and continuously improving the quality of delivery
  • Work closely with line management to conduct performance feedback and coaching
  • Identify and propose an improvement on performance management cycle/process – to help to build and to ensure engaging performance management experience for all related stakeholders
