Kualifikasi :

Minimum requirements:

• 25 – 30 years old.
• Diploma Degree in any major from reputable University with 3 years of related experience in Production Administration in MNC.
• Health & Safety Expert Certified will be preferable
• Good communication in English and strong skill in Microsoft Excel.
• Team player, independent, proactive and individual.
• Sidoarjo domicile will be preferable.

Tanggung Jawab :

• Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, this position will be responsible to ensure production & personnel data accuracy and implement H&S, Legal and required processes to enable an effective manufacture operation.
• Perform data summary payroll (overtime and absenteeism).
• Create a daily report production and distribution to the DSC and store.
• Doing management of hazardous wastes and toxic waste along with the data in and out of berbahayta and toxic materials as reporting to BLH every 3 months.
• Take measurements work environment once every 6 months.
• Make UKL-UPL reports every 6 months.
• Maintains the legality of the company.
• Create reports once every 3 months minute meeting P2K3 as reporting to Dinsosnaker.
• Coordinate the related security guard companies.
• Coordinate the cleanliness of public facilities and office.
• Recapitulation employee database.
• Monitor and oversee the work area to keep it safe and healthy for all employees.
