Kualifikasi :

  • Master degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, HR Management, Psychology or other related studies, Bachelor degrees are welcomed.
  • Experience full HR spectrum at least 8 years in managerial position and have experience in Marketing Industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skill.
  • Love to work in details.
  • Great in operating Microsoft Office and/or other presentation tools.
  • Have a strong moral and ethics code.

Tanggung Jawab :
  • Design an effective company's organization structure in line with company's business process.
  • Ensure manpower needs fulfilled with the righ talents.
  • Make comprehensive and attractive recruitment strategy.
  • Ensure employees' development with designing structured and comprehensive learning environment.
  • As a first point of contact of all line managers regarding employees needs or issues.
  • Ensure performance management and talent management programs executed well (such as yearly performance appraisal, employee promotion, employee retention, etc).
  • Design company regulation that fit with company's style and talents demography.
  • Assist line managers in disciplinary action toward violation of work ethics or rules.
  • Execute end to end payroll process.
  • As a document controll of all departments SOP and documents.
  • Ensure employee's work tools and facilities fulfilled.
