Kualifikasi :

• At least 1 year experience working
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
• Bachelor degree from any major
• Work closely with ecommerce platform for overall strategy
• Familiar with Ecommerce retail environment in local Indonesia
• Experience in running operational especially in  supply chain business
• Ability to develop relationships with appropriate teams regarding delivery processes
• Good microsoft office skills, particulary in excel
• Capable to work under pressure and time limit
• Responsible and highly initiative
• Good communication skill
• Be a role model of well behaviour and attitudes at work

Tanggung Jawab :

• Oversee and make sure that all works are done correctly and effectively in timely manner
• Develop strategies to make operational runs smoothly
• Maintain good relations with clients
• Deal with both internal (staff) and external (clients) related issues
• Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
• Responsible for any operational issues regarding the assigned customer
• Make daily and monthly operational reporting
