• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration

Tanggung Jawab :

• Ensure that there are no errors in the inbound process, either in the system or the actual physical product
• Ensure the process of receiving products from customer returns properly
• Ensure the inbound and putaway processes are in accordance with the leadtime determined by the company
• Ensure the product is handled properly (storage, transfer between shelves, replenishment process) so that there are no product defects due to internal warehouse
• Ensure the number of physical products in accordance with the records on the system
• Leading the team in order to produce optimal output.
