Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor degree of Pharmacy or Pharmacist.
• Having minimum 1-2 years year experiences as home care, body care, personal care Formulator.
• Must have a strong understanding of customers' needs in order to develop products.
• Excellent analytical abilities to utilize market trends and customer data in their development of new products.
• Understand basic formulations and how to use lab instruments.
• Integrity, Strive for Excellence, Problem Analysis & Innovation.
• Have strong interpersonal skills in order to collaborate with other department, external party, and organizational stakeholder.

Tanggung Jawab :

• Experienced in developing products formulation for home care, body care and personal care product. 
• Experienced in doing research about ingredients and technical matters in production.
• Have knowledge in clean label product.
• Have knowledge about WHO, EPA, BPOM, KEMENKES regulation and recommendation.
• Experienced in trial lab, pilot and production in accordance with CPKB Standard. 
• Understands fundamentals of all phases of product development.
• Drives the development process from idea to implementation to ensure products meet customers' needs and Lemonilo standard.
• Determining cost efficient.
• Ensuring that new products are in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct personal ingredient research and literature review.
• Prepare product briefs for supplier briefings complete with business objective, bench marks, target costs, deadlines and launch date.
