Kualifikasi :

1. Genuine empathy for our campaigners and donors
2. Proficiency in various research methods, both qualitative and quantitative
3. Possess a strong experiment mindset
4. Proactive, communicative, able to work independently with minimal supervision
5. 4+ years of UX research experience

We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as UX Researcher Lead.

Responsibilities

1. Help your squad to understand problems and discover opportunities by conducting various research and experiments methods
2. Provide consultation and allocate manpower for the other squads whenever needed
3. Be a role model and technical mentor to the fellow researchers
4. Evaluate and evolve our research practices regularly
