Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in contract management (drafting, improve & review) and legal due diligence for acquicitions
• Experience in Telecommunication Industry would be an adventage

Tanggung Jawab :

• Drafting, improve & contract review of Tower & Pole, DAS, ISP, Operator (in english)
• Negotiate and settling dispute with building management, land lord, goverment and operator
• Legal due diligence for Tower & Pole and DAS acquisitions
• Conduct and provide legal opinion to all departments
