Kualifikasi :
- Quality Control Group Leader main task is to manage and maintain hygiene level and product safety in each stores based on AEON Hygiene Manual.
- Minimum Senior High School (experienced), or Bachelor Degree fresh graduate, preferably with food science or related education background
- Minimum 2 years experiences in Retail, Restaurant or Hotel, preferably in Quality Control/ Quality Assurance
- Discipline, self-motivated, proactive, service orientation, leadership, willing to learn new things, target and deadline oriented, communicative, able to work under pressure
- Will be place in AEON Store BSD
Tanggung Jawab :
- Check, review, analyzing and reporting Hygiene and Cleanliness checklists & findings on weekly and monthly basis
- Check and ensure Aeon Hygiene Manual have been followed by related department on each stores by weekly In-Store Checklist
- Conduct annual Hygiene Audit Internal and making audit reports
- Ensure stock of chemical, cleaning tools, hygiene equipment and others supporting mean were available for Hygiene purpose
- Actively communicate with hygiene / cleanliness related vendors
- Propose training related with hygiene and food safety to Training Department or related vendors
- Conduct training related to Hygiene and Cleanliness to respective departments
- Communicate with related departments in order to maintain and improving hygiene level and product safety in each stores
- Filing reports related hygiene practices
- Actively seeking improvement plans in order to enhance Hygiene and Cleanliness practices
- Perform and support any additional tasks instructed to accomplish the company’s goal
