2. Having min 2 years experience in the same position, preferably in manufacturing company (carton box / offset printing / customer goods / packaging)
3. Having strong strategic leadership skill to articulate the company’s vision and mission.
4. Willing to be placed at all site area (tangerang / cibitung / karawang)

Tanggung Jawab :

1. Planning process, Controlling all Quality Control activities in the company, starting from the incoming material, in process, outgoing, testing and ISO implementation.
2. Prepare an annual calibration program for Laboratory equipment and production equipment
3. Control quality of product

PT. Dayacipta Kemasindo is an integrated carton box manufacturer. In 1985, PT. Dayacipta Kemasindo started manufacturing as insert producer from carton and various types of layer (diecut/punch) in Tangerang. The business grew, resulting in the purchase of our first flexo machine in 1999 and followed one each year. In 2001, we first installed Corrugator Machine with the maximum paper width of 220 cm and started to operate in early 2002. In 2005, we installed TCY Flexo Folder Gluer Machine and Eterna Flat Die Cut Machine. The company now could compete effectively in the market and manufacture its own corrugated board.
The business grows rapidly. Several measurements have been taken to increase our production capacity to fullfill the market demand. Over these periods, PT. Dayacipta Kemasindo outgrew the site. In 2006, PT. Dayacipta Kemasindo further integrated and expanded its manufacturing capabilities with the addition of another plant in Cibitung. PT. Dayacipta Kemasindo embarked on large capital investment project, installing a state-of-the-art corrugator machine from TCY with the maximum paper width of 250 cm and maximum speed of 250 m/min. 2 (two) units of Flexo Folder Gluer TCY and Flexo Printer Slotter TCY and several other finishing machineries. In 2007, addition of 1 (one) Flexo Folder Gluer TCY was installed. In 2009, we installed another EMBA``s Flexo Folder Gluer .
In 2011, PT. Dayacipta Kemasindo expanded further with addition of the third plant in Karawang.
