1. Mempunyai pengalaman di maintenance (terutama di kelistrikan)
2. Mempunyai sertifikat pelatihan kelistrikan
3. Mengerti perawatan mesin, instalasi, dll
4. Pria, berbadan sehat, umur dibawah 40 tahun
5. Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Listrik/ Mesin
6. Lokasi kerja dipabrik Jababeka, Cikarang
