Tanggung Jawab :

TANGGUNG JAWAB / RESPONSIBILITY :
1. Bertanggung jawab terhadap kebenaran atau keakuratan transaksi keuangan perusahaan
2. Bertanggung jawab terhadap keakuratan data dan laporan

TUGAS / TASK :
1. Melakukan penghitungan, klasifikasi dan penyimpanan data-data transaksi agar supaya tetap lengkap, akurat dan setransparan mungkin
2. Melakukan pengecekan terhadap kebenaran penghitungan transaksi dan data-data pendukungnya
3. Melaksanakan registrasi atau inventory terhadap asset perusahaan serta mengecek keberadaan dan kondisi asset tersebut secara periodic
4. Membuat laporan akuntansi biaya dan penutupan setiap bulan
5. Melakukan rekonsiliasi data accounting

KEWENANGAN / AUTHORITY :
1. Meminta klarifikasi jika ditemukan data atau dokumen pendukung transaski yang tidak lengkap
2. Meminta klarifikasi jika terdapat perbedaan antara data inventory asset dengan kondisi di lapangan
