Kualifikasi :

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Law.
2. Experience at least 3 years in a law firm (exclude 2 years internship experience).
3. Must has passed PERADI.
4. Can create statement of claim, counterclaim, etc.
5. Skills in Court Proceedings, Civil Litigation, Criminal Cases, Legal Issues, Pre-Trial Motions and Plea Agreements.
6. Able to work independently and in a team.
7. Be willing to take initiative.
8. Work under pressure with a variety people and organizations communicative.
9. Honest, loyal, and have a good attitude.
10. Able to operate word, excel and power point.
11. Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the clients' business transactions are in compliance with the Indonesian law & Regulation.
2. Making statement of claim, counterclaim etc.
3. Conducting research and analysis of legal and regulatory issues.
4. Representing clients on various legal issues.
5. Consulting, drafting, research and analysis legal issue.
6. Provide legal advise and options.
