Job Requirements
Thorough understanding of construction, municipality relations, plan reading and permitting process and procedures
A bachelor’s degree in construction management or sufficient job experience to qualify for the described position requirements preferred, but is not required
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Job Summary
The Construction Project Manager may also be assigned responsibilities in estimating, RFP and proposal development, preconstruction services as well as other business development and company objectives.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Field Supervise all phases of the construction and/or remodeling for residential and commercial projects.
Coordinate activities with other project leaders and managers.
Interact with Homeowner and resolve any construction issues in a professional manner.
Analyze production problems and recommend solutions.
Manage and verify equipment for job usage and safety.
Ability to oversee multiple job sites.
