• Proven work experience as sales representative in mobile phone industry, at least 1 year.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Highly motivated and target oriented with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Have a good in time and task management.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

• Coordinating sales effort with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Receive and process order from customer.
• Establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems.
• Addressing customer needs and develop plans in order to increase revenue.
• Concepting program to build long-term relationship with key clients.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
