Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering required

• Familiar with one or more below applications:

1. Software ETL : SSIS, Informatica, Dataiku,Talend, Penataho

2. Visualization : Kibana , Tableau

3. Big data : Amazon AWS , Hadoop

• Experiences of Database/Data warehouse experience with SQL required minimum 4 years

• Hands on experience with one or more language(s) used for querying (e.g. SQL, Elasticsearch)

• Hands on experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, R, Java, C++)

• Familiar with web scraping from social media

• Interested in, or even better, familiar with machine learning and neural network

• Familiar with BI platform to develop reports and dashboards

• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and drive success with limited resources in a matrix organization

• Experience with customer service or customer operations analytic would be an advantage

Tanggung Jawab :

• Analyzes complex business problems using data from internal and external sources by using web scraping methods, and eventually machine learning and neural network methods

• Provides actionable insight to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance

• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to attribute key business driver

• Analyzes and defines metrics that tie back to business performance and Initiatives

• Generates forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans to drive actions

• Creates specifications and generates reports and analysis mapping to business needs

• Provide consultation and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues

• Directly produces datasets and reports for analysis using databases and reporting tools
