Kualifikasi :

  1. Min. Bachelor degree, Masters or MBA degree is a plus

  2. Minimum 2 years experience in marketing research agency or several commercial side at the consumer insights/market research function

  3. Experienced in handling qualitative and quantitative research to pursue a more optimal way for branding, consumers engagement, and acquisition (such as Brand Health Check, Brand Equity measurement, and Concept Test) 

  4. Good marketing sense, especially on content and digital marketing

  5. Familiar and able to operate several social listening tools (Meltwater, Brand24, FanpageKarma, Analisa.io, Keyhole, SocialBakers)

  6. Experienced in qualitative data capture (in-depth interviews, FGD, home visit interviews, etc.) and quantitative data capture (surveys, online panel, intercept interviews, etc). Familiar with several survey platforms and data processing software (XLS, SQL, SPSS, QPSMR, etc.) 

  7. Able to create a comprehensive presentation and provide clear communication and direction to internal and external parties
  8. Plus point if you are an influencer yourself

Tanggung Jawab :
  1. Conduct consumer-centered research through FGD, Surveys and Interviews to understand our "User engagement", not limited to community activities, content creation and/or social media interactions. The objective of this research is to periodically understand how Lemonilo (both online and offline) can pursue a more optimal way for engagement and branding.
  2. Social Listening uses third party tools that will be routinely conducted covering:
    • Share of voice
    • Share of awareness
    • Online media & social media top issues
    • Trend issues
    • Social & online media sentiment distribution
    • Social & online media & mapping based on issues
    • Top influencers/stakeholders analysis
  3. Create guidelines from the results obtained from this research for multiple things namely
    • Content pillar for all sosial media channel & blog
    • Tone of voice, interests, persona
    • Promo campaigns
    • Trend forecasting
  4. Working together with team of Content Writer, Social Media Manager, Creative Lead, Sales Manager and Campaign Manager to create and optimize their data-driven marketing and sales efforts
