Kualifikasi :

Requirements

  • 2+ years of strong client/customer facing experience as Manager; including the ability to consult, address escalated issues, and solution through services.

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing/media/agency environment.

  • Strong client/account management and project management skills.

  • Strong team management skills.

  • Experience with strategic thinking and complex decision making

  • Good command of both written & spoken English.

  • Avid consumers of all media types and interested in coming up with big ideas across platforms.

  • Passionate about GetCRAFT's mission to help fix Marketing & Media in Indonesia & South East Asia.

  • Strong interest/experience in the native advertising and branded content space.

  • Strong team player and excited to work in a startup environment.

Description

Fascinated by both the evolution of media, content marketing and brand communication, in this Customer Excellence & Support role, you will get to work closely with some of the country's largest brands, agencies, digital companies, media and content creators, and actively help shape the future of marketing in South East Asia.

For this role, we are looking for someone who already has deep experience in customer experience, media, marketing & advertising industry, has already proven himself or herself in an account management capacity in this market.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling various projects from overall aspects including developing project timeline, deliverables QC, creating reports, all administrative works, and responsible for projects performance,

  • Managing clients & internal team, and building good professional relationships

  • Seek out and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve delivery quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide project management coaching and guidance to team members, responsible for team members’ performance & KPI,

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of all technical and business aspects of the customer needs, as well as a thorough understanding of the principles of content marketing. 

  • Lead a team of Customer Excellence Associates.

  • Mentor new team members and support the ongoing skills development of existing employees

  • Develop programs/systems within own team for better project management & its performance,

  • Working with other team leads and Director to analyse continuous improvements within and/or across division.
