Job Description:

• Effectively leads the team of sales officer’s, manage sales officer performance, set targets in weekly and/or monthly basis
• Maximally utilize the potential of the area of responsibility (achieve targets, grow sales)
• Visit Point of Sales twice a week, maintain good relationship with dealers, solve their inquiries
• Control of quality of sales performance, drive quality initiatives
• Control and manage sales points efficiency
• Execute risk control to drive out fraud
