  • Minimum Diploma Degree
  • Experienced in developing business processes for the Team Contact Center

  • Fluent in speaking and writing using Indonesian and English

  • Preferably advance in MS Excel capabilities

  • Good networking skills

  • Identifying, and analyzing Customer Care issues and satisfaction

  • Develop strategies, ideas, and solutions that can optimize and improve the efficiency and quality of customer service and customer satisfaction.

  • Recommend business processes that can be run on Customer Care, in accordance with service standards and customer satisfaction

  • Provide and give reports regarding customer service processes, procedures, and business processes.
