1.    Communication Concept Development & RTB – up to Target Audience Setting to be Translated to all Platforms (Online, Digital Paid, Own Assets Social Media, and Retail Communication)
2.    Develop Experiential Marketing (BTL) Plans & Execution depending on the line up being Managed
3.    Retail, POP, and Promotion Management
               i.    Both Brand Manager will need to closely monitor the planning & execution of Retail Comms, based on their respective line ups
              ii.    Both Brand Manager will need to alternately manage bi-Quarterly promotion (given total Quarterly promotion in the year is 4, hence, each brand manager will need to manage 2 promotion communication & deployment)
4.    Online Promotion Alignments between business & online business team
5.    Consumer Insights Generations based on Line up Being Managed (including continuous research, quantitative as well as qualitative studies)
6.    CDM and Digital Alignment with CDM & Digital Team
7.    Managed Other cross program related to their respective line ups (including partnership management and other key projects to accelerate Sell out)
8.    Do project monitoring – result report and analysis, manage partnership and project budget and get stakeholders’ buy in about the total plan (including system approval)
9.    Do project monitoring – result report and analysis, manage ATL, BTL, and other strategic projects as well as getting stakeholders’ buy in about the total plan (including system approval)
