Kualifikasi :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor``s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Business Studies/ Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Automotive Industry.
• Understand in business process of spareparts DCVI (Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia).
• Understand in IMS system (Autoline System).
• Have experience in Sparepart business.
• Good Computer/ MS Office Skills and Advance MS Excel Skill.
• Good in reporting.
• Placement in Jakarta

Tanggung Jawab :

• Monitored and controlled the whole sales parts business.
• Frequently report customer service KPI.
• Manage setup spare parts pricing in the system.
• Provide business intelligence to monitor KPI and operation level.
• Managed IMS system for sparepart Axor truck.
• As a DMS committee for spare parts business unit , Develop DMS dealer system related to dealer business.
• Actively involvement to follow up to dealers and GSP on customer complaint.
• Coordination with DICV (Daimler India Commercial Vehicles) related sparepart.
